Challenge/Goal
This Ohio-based lawn care services company has an ongoing need to hire landscape workers in an area where it’s particularly difficult to recruit employees.
Our Role – Recruiting Strategy
We assigned a qualified HR expert with extensive recruiting expertise to research and create the strategy.
Result
A comprehensive, step-by-step recruiting plan with detailed action items and goals tied to a 4-month calendar. Also developed a multi-tiered employee referral bonus program and identified online and locally-based places for postings and recruiting marketing.
After delivering the strategy, the company asked us to deploy a recruitment specialist who stepped in to work the plan and screen and coordinate candidate interviews, which led to several successful hires.
