Challenge/Goal
To help a growing company that specializes in real estate development, investment, and management prepare for the critical decision to upgrade their HRIS infrastructure. Specifically, they were using ADP to capture and process payroll, benefits, and taxes, but they needed a more robust and comprehensive HRIS solution for talent acquisition, calendar scheduling, compensation, performance management, LMS, succession planning, global payroll, recognition and rewards, and intranet for their 1000+ employees to self serve.
Our Role – HRIS Project (from Analysis to Vendor Selection)
We partnered with Complete Circle Consulting to conduct an in-depth analysis of HR processes and systems/interfaces. Our partnership team determined and prioritized requirements for immediate HRIS needs, as well as options for potential future upgrades; identified and arranged for vendor demos; established and executed the vendor evaluation process; and supported the client through to the point of vendor selection. From there, the client chose to self manage the vendor implementation.
Results
The client gained extremely useful data, including current process diagrams and requirements, to be leveraged by their internal Change Management team for a successful implementation. Additionally, they are confident that should they need further support with their HRIS needs as they grow, our partnership team has the expertise they need and more.
