Challenge/Goal
This Oklahoma-based company needed help with a post-merger integration – specifically, integrating the HR people, processes, and systems for the two companies.

Our Role HR Diagnostic Assessment
We deployed a qualified senior-level HR expert to conduct the HR Diagnostic Assessment. Using the 3-stage tool, we reviewed both company’s procedures, policies, and systems to identify duplication and determine best practices.

Results
We uncovered potential risks and recommended adjustments for compliance purposes, which also increased efficiency. Successfully integrated people infrastructure, processes, and systems of two different companies together.
