Our Role – PEO (Professional Employer Organization) Assessment | Outsourced HR Operations Support
We deployed a qualified senior-level HR expert to act as the company’s HR Chief of Staff to research PEO options, set up the PEO, including negotiating the contract on behalf of the company, and providing necessary people, processes, and systems support until the successful handoff to the new PEO.

By stepping in to run this area of the business, we gave the CEO peace of mind that HR operations and people infrastructure would be managed well while the company focused on launching the new growth initiative.
