Challenge/Goal
To hire a new Finance team member due to the company’s high growth. To also overcome the skepticism of decision makers who liked our model but had doubts based on previous experiences with other outsourced services firms.
Our Role – Recruitment Process Outsourcing
We assigned a recruiter from our team who sent qualified candidates in a matter of days, scheduling interviews and communicating professionally and regularly with the hiring manager.
Results
After only a week, a candidate was selected, offered the position, and accepted the offer. The client enjoyed the experience with our team, saying how much they appreciated the constant communication from our recruiter and the check-in from our practice leader. It’s common for clients to reach back and request known team members again and again; a few days later, the client requested that the previously assigned recruiter fill yet another role.
