Challenge/Goal
This 30-person e-commerce company wanted to ensure that HR people, processes, and systems were in place and compliant so that they can confidently scale and grow.

Our Role HR Diagnostic Assessment
We reviewed practices and methodologies, systems, and documentation to make sure everything was “best in class” and compliant. Next, we identified risks and gaps where the company could be penalized. Then, we prioritized issues, separating risks that were important but not priority because they would not cause penalties but, rather, when taken care of would help the company operate more efficiently. At the conclusion of the project, we provided a final detailed and customized assessment with findings and observations, which included samples and templates for policies and language that could be implemented where appropriate.

Results
A new handbook with policies that made the company compliant with federal, state, and local laws; tools that increased HR operational efficiency; and a feeling of assurance and comfort among the leadership that they were no longer operating with unknown risks.
