The Challenge/Goal
To hire 3 escrow assistants in a competitive industry during a high-demand period for the business. One position was being added due to business growth, one was due to internal promotion, and one was to replace a team member who was moving out of state. The company does not have an HR department.

Our Role – Recruiting Assistance
We deployed a qualified interview specialist who revised the job posting; posted the job on Indeed on behalf of the company; reviewed applicants’ resumes and assessments; rejected or invited applicants for phone screen interviews; conducted phone screen interviews; and presented phone screen notes and Indeed resumes for recommended candidates.

Results
After reviewing 460+ resumes and phone screening 35+ applicants during a 4-month period, 3 escrow assistant candidates were chosen and hired. An additional person was identified as a good fit for an entry-level position, which allowed one more person to be promoted internally during this period as well.
