HR Diagnostic Projects

We offer two kinds of HR Diagnostic Projects, the HR Diagnostic Assessment for assessing the current state of your HR department and the HR Diagnostic Due Diligence for M&A activities. For these projects, we use a unique tool that we’ve built and refined during many case uses. Implementation of an HR Diagnostic Project is carried out in three stages by qualified and specially-trained HR professionals. 

STAGE 1:  We conduct a comprehensive review of your people operations, documentation, policies, processes, and systems.
STAGE 2:  We identify and prioritize risks and gaps to prevent penalties and increase efficiency.
STAGE 3:  We provide a detailed report with findings and recommendations with samples/templates to implement.
