With the APW Lite Recruitment Package you have the option to use the People Showcase Add-On Service and receive digital video profiles for your shortlisted candidates. Profile videos include candidates sharing more about themselves and can also include responses to job-specific questions.
Here's how it works:
- We work with you to come up with specialized questions for candidates to answer in a 60-90 second video recording for their profiles.
- You choose whose profiles you want to see. Most clients want to see their top 5 candidates’ profiles, but it’s totally up to you to decide how many and which candidates need profiles.
- Your candidates create online profiles for you to review and help you decide who to move to the next phase.
