Challenge/Goal
This Austin-based nonprofit organization provides services to the homeless. They initially asked us to do the HR Diagnostic Assessment to make sure people, processes and systems were updated and compliant. Midway through the project, we were also asked to provide HR support until they could hire a new HR Director.

Our Role HR Diagnostic Assessment | Outsourced HR Operations Support
We assigned a qualified team of fully vetted specialists to provide necessary support, which included a variety of functions such as employee relations, payroll and benefits management, and assistance in the effort to hire an HR Director.

Our team conducted the HR Diagnostic Assessment and presented a customized, comprehensive report that identified risks and provided recommendations unique to their organization, as well as samples and templates for policies that they and their new HR Director could implement.

Results
They successfully hired a new HR Director. The board and the executive director have increased their awareness about compliant HR operations and are confident that they have mitigated risks by implementing new policies, including one that forbids volunteers to have access to sensitive employee information while assisting with HR operations.
